Good Questions.

He has a Safari Rack on top. Very easy to unbolt. My truck has a 5.5" lift with 33" tires. I'm 1/2" to tall now. With his stock tires it should be fairly easy. We can also lower tire pressure if we need too.

This will not be a case of building a ship in the bottle.

I knew a guy once that built this really nice sail boat. 36', nice cabin etc. after everything was done, he discovered that the beam was to wide to fit between the houses. Not that big a deal since he could remove a few fences and take it through his nieghbors backyards. Too bad he pissed his nieghbors off by working on it at all hours of the night. It's also hard to sell a house that has a sailboat in the backyard that can't be moved.

Thanks Rob

good question

ND Explorer,
I didnt even think of that!! If the truck will barely fit now, how do i expect to get it out when we are done. Maybe we could throw a tarp over the driveway. Wow, Im getting as visual, last bolt is in, we are done, and take a sigh of relief, start pulling it out for its maiden voyage, then WHAM!!!!
Thanks ND Explorer for bringing up an excellent point.

How Low can you go?

Rod, No problem. I have some 13" gold wire wheels with low profile tires, should lower your truck about 10" total. We can put those on and wheel it in the Garage.

You will have one of the few Body Lifted, low rider Explorer's in the area. ;)
