The anti-theft light is flashing on my 1999 Explorer. I also have fuel pump problems.

My anti-theft light has been flashing when I drive, and my fuel pump went out, so we thought. What is the fix for this? Got a new fuel pump, car drove for 45 minutes. I went to start it up again and it wouldn't start.
