Ok.. ive recently noticed this horribly loud cheap sounding squeak/ chilling YELL from my front end.. you can barely push down on the front bumper and hear it... you can also hear it when you turn the wheels... Please.. someone has heard this sound... some cheap clunker going by and the squeak kills your soul. This disease has gotten to my explorer. I want it gone lol... I can figure if its the torsion bar or ball joints or what. Someone has to know this sound. it didnt start doing this till i started wheeling. I got in some mud and water and here the sound is. What is it? Why is it happening? How can i cure it?

Also... i get the dreaded check engine light. i believe its the MAF... i went to have the code checked through our local advanced auto's OBD-II code reader.. but they cant read it unless its on all the time. My trouble is, my light dont come on till 3 miles of driving or so. I cant tell a difference in driving as far as the check engine light is concerned... but i want it OFF. I pulled the MAF the best i could... it didnt come out of the housing... but i ran MAF cleaner through it... it still comes on. What can it be?

If the sound is reminiscent of an old bed spring creaking, I had it and cured it by squirting silicone into the sway bar bushings. Happened after I drove a long way in Texas on sand covered roads (icey).

The squeak in front is probably one of the bushings, most likely the sway bar bushing.

How do i make a quick disconnect for the front swaybar? Is there a kit i can buy?
