Theft light blinking rapidly no crank

I have a 2002 Explorer XLT 4.0 I found that the fuse to the PCM was loose causing intermittent power to the PCM . I believe this caused PATS to go into theft mode I have fixed the fuse problem but now it still blinks rapidly and I can't get it to stop . What can I do now ?

Wait 90 seconds and then the pats system will begging to slow flash a code
You count the flashes and write down your code
Then google it

Could be an issue w the pats key or halo
