Thermostat housing

How do change the thermostat house? A someone told me its a pain.
What's the trick? Thanks for your help.

I just did mine took about 45 minutes but I worked for ford for about 2 years and did them before. take your time there is a how to on here and if you have a 8mm swivel it will help alot
