why is there a ropeliek hting hanging off the front end?

those are the same hooks i have on my yota...... except mine doesnt have the keeper clips, i need to get some....

Gotta love the tywraps holding the plate in place, they may hold

1. Theres a big "8" on the head of the bolt, and those nuts came with them, so I'm assuming they are.

2. The cords you see are for the block heater...got sick of it hanging down and yanked, now its jammed between some steel line and the frame

3. yay for zip ties. screws holding the plate mount thing on rusted off.
