third fuel line

Ok guys, just got a quick question. There are three what look like fuel lines on my ex running on the frame rail up to the front of the vehicle. I take it one is the actual fuel line, another return, and the other some sort of vent my guess. The third in the bunch is rusted like no other and the others look like they were replaced recently. I just want to know what the third line is because I sometimes smell gas outside my truck. Thanks

Yeah its probably the evap line.

Care to elaborate? There shouldn't be anything more volatile than fuel going through the line, and it shouldn't be at a super high pressure correct?

that is correct, you will have fuel vapor which will eat away at the rubber, and cause an evap leak.
