Photos This fell out from the steering column when I was shifting into drive. Help.

My shifting knob has felt a tad bit loose since. It doesn't really want to catch on the "Park" when trying to put it into Park. I looked underneath to see but I didn't have any luck finding where it went. With a bit of research, I found the name of the part but I have no idea where it goes

Looks like the pin that holds in the shift arm
Reinstall it with a drop of Loctite on the knurling

I had to use a punch to get the pin out of my 1994 column. It should be easy to access. Push the soft cover down to expose the hole, drive it back in with some thread locker on the end.
