Those who have swaped Explorer Axles

I am looking to do do a complete front and rear axle swap into a 84 Ranger . After taking measurements it apperaers the explorer axles are wider which leads me to my question how far are the wheel tires gonna stick out ? I am looking for a set of factory ranger/explorer 16 wheels to mount 265/75r16 tires on and I am really hoping they will not stick out to far but still give a nice off road stance . I am pretty sure a 3.75 offset will sling crap all over the sides of the truck if I went that route.... Any input would be very help full

I would search for 410Fortune's thread on his Bronco II. BII's came with the same axles you have, and the same basic body. He swapped in a TTB D35 and an Explorer 8.8.
