throttle body porting, and other porting

does anyone know how to port a 92 ohv throttle body, i heard you can get it to a 62 or 63 mm. If not anything would help. or is anyone selling one, also i heard you can match gaskets on the intake manifold to lower intake manifold, anyone do this? And i also heard you can match gaskets on you exhaust manifolds, any info on these wuestions is appreciated, thanks,

Porting or gasket matching your intake and ehxaust manifolds to the cylinder head is possible on any internal combustion engine. Presonally, unless you have a reason to remove the cylinder heads (such as a blown head gasket) port matching would be a waste of time. The gain you would get is so minimal that you may not even notice. It is also something that shouldn't be done withought a good understanding of how the cylinder head is designed. It is very easy to remove too much material and hit a water jacket or oil galley.

Save yourself the hastle and buy a BBK throttle body.
