throttle body porting, and other porting

does anyone know how to port a 92 ohv throttle body, i heard you can get it to a 62 or 63 mm. If not anything would help. or is anyone selling one, also i heard you can match gaskets on the intake manifold to lower intake manifold, anyone do this? And i also heard you can match gaskets on you exhaust manifolds, any info on these wuestions is appreciated, thanks, :bounce:

Porting or gasket matching your intake and ehxaust manifolds to the cylinder head is possible on any internal combustion engine. Presonally, unless you have a reason to remove the cylinder heads (such as a blown head gasket) port matching would be a waste of time. The gain you would get is so minimal that you may not even notice. It is also something that shouldn't be done withought a good understanding of how the cylinder head is designed. It is very easy to remove too much material and hit a water jacket or oil galley.
 






but what about the throttle body
 






Save yourself the hastle and buy a BBK throttle body.
 






BBK is the way to go.
