Are there any tips, tricks, or anything to watchout for when i do the auto to manual conversion? Where there any problems that you ran into? How long did it take you to do?

i just got the hubs and the conversion kit in the mail today and i want to put them on as soon as i can!

thanks in advance

It took about an hour to do it. No suprises at all, everything went together just as it should.

i had a hangup on mine. probably my fault. i didnt realize about there is a little c-clip holding on the splined washer. i didnt find it until i already deformed the washer to the point it wouldnt come off. i busted out the dremmel with a cut-off whell and it worked fine. i did however get the other side done fairly easy about 2 hours in the dark, cold too, and repacked the inner and outer bearings, did slipe pin caliper clips and nascar brutestop pads

Yup, it's a pretty easy installation.

The only problem I ran into was when I torqued the outer nut to 150 the lock washer kept spinning out of place (comming out of the slot on the spindel) Check my website link in my signature. Go to the tech page if you have this problem. The first side took about an hour because I had to modify the lock washers. The other side took 15 minutes including taking off and putting on the tire.
