I am currently in a huge dispute with 4wheelparts.com about a tire shipment problem. The story is relatively long, but basically - I sent them 6 TrXus M/Ts back and they recieved 3 TrXus and 3 other tires of a whole different brand. Even a brand that 4wheelparts.com doesn't even sell, and never has. Now, the freight company sticks with their story saying thats what I shipped - so now I am pleading my case and about to call BBB on both companies and try to stop payment on the tires through VISA. Anyway, my needed help is this:
I have a 00 Explorer with a 7" lift currently on stock Ranger steel wheels and tires (Diameter is like 27, when Explorer stockers are 28-29). And yes, it's as redicious looking as it sounds. I am in desperate need of some tires, just loaners. I do not drive much - just back and forth from school which is 5 minutes away. I am trying to get anything from 31-35. I might rub on 35s on turns, but I'll take whatever I can get. I have some 15x8 wheels that I plan on mounting my new tires (whenever I fix the problem with 4wheelparts.com), but if you just have tires you are willing to lend me, I will mount them on my wheels. But if you have a tire/wheel package that will bolt up to my Explorer - then please, yes...let me borrow those. I know this is a far cry and probably worthless - but it's all I can do with my budget right now.
