I've read on this forum before that people were finding the BF Goodrich All-Terrain KO's for $100/tire. Everywhere I look I'm finding more like $150+ per tire, is that normal?

Two tire shops quoted me prices for 4 tires + install. Les Shwaab was $977 and the local shop was $804. That seems kinda high to me, but I've only bought tires for a small car, so I don't know.

Any great deals online?

That might have been the price a few years ago but now adays for a 33x12.5x15 $150 is the norm.

Sorry, forgot to include tire size.. Looking for 31x10.50xR15

31s should run you about $120.. Another option is to go with another brand. Alot of members have tried the Kumho version with great success.

What about the TreadWrights? I could get the BFG AT KO's for $400 shipping incl...

Discount Tire in my neck of the woods (southern az) has BFG AT KO's 31x10.50 for $145 each. Thats an out the door price of $703, including tax, tire disposal fee and the "installation & lifetime computer spin balancing" fee.

That doesn't include their "certificates" which is the waranty that gives you new tires if you get an unrepairable flat.

Also look at your local Costco store (if there is one)

at the tire shop i work in the quotes are only good for a few weeks.....with the cost of oil, tire prices keep going up....

off hand... i think i paid around $530-550 for a set of 31" silent armors... that included delivery.

mounting/balance was about $80 at a local shop.

search for deals, wait for a sale price, and you can get a nice A/T for $120

...Tire prices go up with oil and gas prices...;)

...Tires are right now, starting to drop in price about $4 per tire...Goodyear MT/R's were recently on sale and I believe it was only the 35" tires as they over produced them...:dunno:

...I think the BFG A/T KO's 31x10.50's, are like $140 at http://4wheelparts.com and another place to look is http://tirerack.com...

...4wheel parts and Discount tires are usually the cheapest locally...They both on occasion, also have a buy3 get 1 free sale...:D

Yea but you have to watch 4WP when they have there so called buy 3 get one 1 free deals since they tend to raise there tire prices. When they offer this so it might not be such a bargain after it all said and done.
