I plan to do a coil spacer/shackle lift to get about a 2" lift. For those on the message board who have performed this mod, what size tires are you running? Will I be able to fit 31's without a body lift?

FOr the 2" lift, someone also suggested the kit from skyjacker. Does anyone think that this kit would get me better wheel travel than the spacer/shackle lift?

Yes you can fit 31's with spacers and shackles. It could possibly rub but not a lot. The Skyjacker lift is only new longer springs so really it is the same thing as coil spacers.

31's will fit in terms of height no problem. On stock wheels you might get some rub on the sway bar do to the width. If you get some wheels with like 3.75 of backspacing instead of 4.5 like stock there will definitely be no rubbing. Lots of people have run 31's on stock rims though and the rub will only be at full lock, so its not that big of a deal.
