tire sizes

hey everybody,

sean here from edmonton alberta. I just bought a 98 explorer and I'm looking at putting some wheels on it, specifically American Racing ARE pythons with BFG all terrain TA's, and I'm wondering if the 31" x 10.50" will fit in my wheelwells without rubbing? anybody with info on this would be great. I'm also trying to find some longer spring shackles for the rear, cause the ass end sits down lower almost an inch than the front. thanks alot....love my new ride

warrior war-153 shackles for the rear, call 4wheel parts to get them......with the shackles and twist up teh tbars you can fit the 31's fine, thats what i have on mine. do some searching around here, there is tons of info on this stuff

Welcome to the forum! A lot of people take 4 door rear springs and put them under the back up their sports to get the rear end up some.
