Sounds like you are describing camber, not toe.
Both can affect tire wear however.

If the tires have negative camber (looks like /--\ viewed from the front), longer coils (or coilspacers) should help, yes.

when you do put taller springs in you might get what i have.. positive camber, looks like this \--/. but dont worry, the springs will settle some and will even out a little. then you can go get it aligned but they will prbly still require new camber bushings.

ok thanks.. i think ill wait on the coils for now, atleast untill i get my bumper and winch put on, i know that will add more weight up front and would just need to do it again.. thanks for your help.

Where did you get the "3" black diamond lift" and how much was it? I googled it and found nothing.

that i dont know, it was on the truck when i got it...

that stinks. I am wanting to do a 3" suspension lift and having trouble finding one. I know I can do 2" coils and F150 coil seats, which I might end up doing.

James Duff makes a 3" lift.

im going to do the f 150 coil seats. my front end is starting to sage a bit.

Yeah, when I found out my lower ball joint was bad, my mechanic also told me that's probably why I could never get it aligned how it was suppose to be. To bad the shops never checked it, I might've caught it sooner...

It's a pain if you've never done it, but I would have no problem tearing into it again having done it all ready.

Just have tie rod ends on hand just in case, I ended replacing the tie rod ends, upper and lower balljoints, rotors, bearings and brake pads all at once. I was worn out at the end of the day, lol. But you have to take it all off anyways, so might as well if you can afford to.

Can that cause it to sag in the front?

Well think of it this way. You have a springs and shocks, and weight rests on those springs and shocks. If they've never been replaced they're probably just worn out, old, and not as stiff as they used to be.

I know this though, my friend had a Chevy Blazer, and his shocks were bad, when we replaced the shocks it lifted it up an inch, just shocks, nothing else. So I believe if you have a worn out suspension (shocks, springs) it'll sag a bit. But check everything else first.
