Yes, a heater control bypass valve. To get you back on the road, you can get a coupler and put it between the 2 hoses that come from the engine. You won't have working heat while you are setup that way but you can at least still drive that way.

Edit: The part you can use temporarily is dorman part number 47094..
It looks like this..

Dominik- I emailed them and they say that they will only ship to the lower 48 US states.

If you go to Rockauto.com, and search for part number YG350, it is $18 + shipping, and they will ship to France... (you can also click part way down on the left to switch languages on the site.) :)

See HERE

Thank you for your concern for me Mr Joe Dirt
It's ok I buy at rockAuto ;)

Can't you just plug the vacuum line & run the lines straight to the heater core? Up to 93 was ran without the valve.

They are most likely too short for that since the heater valve was there in the first place. I carry a coupler so if my heater control valve ever breaks I can just bypass the heater core. Its not like that will be life or death here in Arizona.

Hey guys rockAuto request for shipping here in FRANCE
He sells the part $ 17.97
Shipping cost $ 33,17
total $ 51,14
**** I find it very expensive this shipping

Does Amazon.com ship to France?

If so, here is the motorcraft heater control valve.

There is no bleed screw on the Explorer.

Here is the method I use...
I fill the overflow bottle up about 3/4 from the top.
I then start the explorer with the radiator cap off and wait until I see the coolant flowing in the radiator when the thermostat opens.
I then push and squeeze the top radiator hose a few times to try to get any air of of that line.
I then put on the radiator cap, let it idle a few minutes and then turn off the truck.
I let it cool down and let it suck in coolant from the overflow.

Once I do this a couple times all the air is normally out of the system. I don't think I've ever had air stuck in the system..

:thumbsup:Thank you very Mark I did exactly as you told me.
While waiting my parts, this will be fine
