Torque settings

I am getting ready to do my front brakes on my 97 explorer 4.0 sohc.

need the torque settings for lug nuts, caliper mounting brackets and the caliper bolts itself.

I torque the lug nuts to 95 lbs/ft with antiseize applied to the studs. Be sure to tighten in a star pattern to prevent rotor runout. The same 95 lbs/ft for the bracket bolts. The caliper bolts themselves are 25 lbs/ft.

Gotta love the Ford Specifications Manual. If you ever get a chance to get your hands on one, don't pass it up!
