Hey, does anyone who has replaced the Torsion Bar adjuster bolt written down the size of the bolt? I only got 1.25" out of mine before it maxed out and want to go higher this weekend when I do my AAL. I want to just go to a store and buy the bolt without having to order one from Ford or take the bolt out of my truck to get a measurement.
Also, does anyone have a good idea on where I can find the replacement? I assume the bolt is metric 8-grade steel. Is this correct? Do Lowe's/Home Depot carry this kind of hardware? What about the thread spacing and length of the original.
