i know this has probably been posted before but i cant seem to find a straight answer. can you completely remove the torsion bar bolts and leave them out??

it would be like having sponges for suspension....and your cv joints would explodeeeee
 






The front end would likely be sitting on the bump stops, and that would be bad for the control arms, frame, wheels, and bearings. Also, should you ever manage to unload the front end, it's quite possible the torsion bars would be completely unloaded. You could potentially lose the torsion bar keys or the torsion bars themselves.

Why in God's green earth would you want to do such a thing?!!?
