What tow system should I get, (reese, Draw tite) also what suspension accessories should be used on the rear suspension to decrease sway and sag.

Any good class III hitch will work. Buy one that is custom fit for your vehicle, not a universal one. If you're going to be doing a lot of towing, I'd swap the rear leaf springs out for a set from a 4 door. They are much stronger. You also might want to invest in a better rear swaybar. I believe ExplorerExpress has one.
