Towing with a 97 SOHC?

I have a 97 SOHC with the 5speed auto trans. Will i be able to tow my 2800# mustang on a trailer? Will the trans fry? What if i used a tranny cooler the size of a radiator? What is the capacity of this trans? It definatly has the torque for it. Thanks

You should be just fine with a tranny cooler. Highly doubtful it will fry your tranny. Keep the O/D off.
