I have a 2007 explorer. I get a tpms fault after driving about 20 miles. All the sensors were replaced, and the symptom did not change. is there a replaceable tpms receiver or other possible cause?

Interesting. Over this year I've started getting a TPMS error on my 07 after driving a bit - never really noticed how many miles it took but it's consistent now. Doesn't really surprise me as the batteries in the sensors are basically 17 years old.
Did you replace the sensors yourself or have a shop do it? Did you replace with the same band sensors or go with aftermarket stem sensors?
What process did you use to connect the new sensors to the truck?

A shop replaced 4 original band sensors with 4 new motorcraft band sensors. The symptom stayed the same.

The TPMS module and the antenna are a part of SJB module.

Try to perform sensors relearn once again.if not worked reset/initiate the SJB and relearn again.

SJB module / module connectors might be damaged or corroded and the tmps might be defective.

Another rare option it is as-build code changed somehow ...hard to believe so

Thank you. How should I proceed? Should I remove the sbj and replace a sensor or antenna or replace the whole box???

First try to reset the module's program using any suitable diagnostic equipment

After module ( Smart junction box) reset procedure performed ,relearn the wheel sensors ( also using diagnostic tool)

OK I will give these instructions to my mechanic. Thank you
