TPMS Won't Reset

It was the 12v port. Plugging in cell phones chargers caused it to lose the TPMS signal from one or more sensors. Brand new OEM sensors. Was it where the TPMS was mounted? Bad TPMS module? My chargers noisy? The wiring picking up interference (I wired the console myself). Who knows? I normally turn off TPMS in my vehicles anyways because it's annoying. I regularly check my tire pressures. I maintain my tires. I swap tires for purpose. I don't need a nanny and haven't had a flat on the road in over 20 years.

I know that some members have had issues with remote start when they leave items plugged in. The TPMS module is under the back part of the console in the retail units.

SUCCSESS!!!!!

I own a Launch X-431 Pro V scanner. I needed it to diagnose an engine problem that eventually led to an engine rebuild (not the Explorer). I loaded the Explorer info into it then chose the TPMS relearn function. This thing actually wiped the TPMS info stored in the car to force a relearn and it worked!!! Thanks to everyone who offered suggestions and if anyone needs details on how this was done, let me know.
One of my sensor is bad, from time to time it seems like loosing connection. I went to tire shop they cleaned the errors and I was able to realarm them easy using the grey tool. But after some time it goes bad again. I bought a new sensor at Dealership and I cannot retrain it. Unfortunatelly the dealer where I went was not usufull. Do you think I can wipe tpms info using the forescan app? I have 2017 Explorer

Issue was simplier, tmps sensor actives by presure in the tire.

That is the function of a TPMS system. So what exactly was the issue?

I was not sure if the TPMS sensor I bought would work in my car. Despite of the fact that I purchased it at ford dealership (using VIN) I still was curious if it's possible to check it before installing. The guy at tire shop tried to read the tpms sensor but with no luck, I tried to train it with ford grey box with out installing to the tire and obviously failed as well. His point was that with his Autel tire scanner tool he could read generic sensors with out installing them.

The valueble information which I did not know is that ford tpms sensor will never show 0 psi just after you unboxed it. you need either install it to the tire or somehow activate it via high pressure
