I changed the plugs and wires yesterday. I was able to start the truck and back it out of the garage, but it acted a little funny before turning over. There were a couple clicks (like a dead battery), but then it turned right over and ran fine. This morning I can't even start it. Same thing, get the clicking, and needles on the instrument cluster dance. The cd changer also starts moving. Any idea what may be causing this? Can't find anything that I may have inadvertently loosened under the hood.

From what you describe I'd say battery. Odd coincidence i know but that's what it sounds like. When these batteries go they do it quick and without much warning.

Make sure the the terminals are connected well also. Maybe you moved them a little by mistake because they were loose and now they are not getting a good connection.

Turns out it was the battery, weird timing I guess
