i wanted some opinions on this...... do you think it would be a good idea to trade my 1994 ford explorer xlt for this 89 ranger

Both trucks look good. I would ask if the owner of the truck had swapped in a D35 and 8.8 because those tires on a 7.5 and d28 isn't very good combo. And ask bout the transmission history.

yeah i know that auto trannys like to go out. the x has a rebuilt tranny

If the ranger was ext cab I'd say yeah... Just my opinion... I've had a reg cab ranger and there wasn't a whole lot of room in the cab. I traded a reg cab ranger for an explorer myself but again JMO

exploder or danger ranger, that is the question. i wouldnt get rid of my exploder for the world, however, i would trade the ol' lady's nissan for a xcab ranger, or another explorer...
