Trailer Brake ?

I am looking at installing an electonic brake control on my 2005 Exp. What is a good control device. I have a 16 foot trailer I am going to be pulling. Does it matter the size and weight of the trailer.

I can look tonight to see what I have installed. I tow a Vette on an 18 foot trailer and I have to say the electronic braking makes it a lot easier to stop.
