My '95 XLT automatic will not shift from 1st to 2nd unless I am driving very slow or if i lt up on the gas between gears. I had the tranny rebuilt 2 yrs ago and last year on a trip up the hills to Vegas it went out again. Should I buy a rebuilt one or a brand new one? It also doesn't have any power at all and if i try to floor it to pass someone I just revs up and feels like it is in nuetral or downshifts. It sucks! Help!
