Hey guys, I am planning on getting my tranny & transfer case power flushed and I was wondering if you have suggestions on shops[Jiffy Lube, Precision Tune, Ford, etc].

Also, does some of the flushing equipment work better than others?

Lastly, capacity/cost of having flush done.

You don't really need to flush the T-Case. Hell, it only holds like 2 quarts of fluid, and it's easy as hell to change. I don't even know if you can power flush a T-Case, I don't think it has the fittings for it. There are 2 plugs on it, one is marked "Drain". If you can change your oil you can change the T-Case fluid.

Full flush for a tranny is about 12-15 quarts of fluid. Cost can range from $70-$150 depending on the shop.

Don't have a flush

Without a filter change. I believe this year has the newer MicroFelt filter that can actually trap dirt unlike the earlier metal screen version. There is no real power flush. These are just gentle fluid exchanges. If you have over 100K be careful what you wish for.
