Solved Trans Died - TC seems to be the culprit

I will have to post back tomorrow to let you know for sure but I have the same code going on my 04. I pulled the valve body and found the separator plate gasket burn / damaged in area of TCC and cooler bypass valve. I put new plate on but ran out of fluid after 8 quarts and still not full. If this fixes mine I'll let you know.

Turns out it was the TCC solenoid. I replaced it this morning and the truck has been shifting normally since. Thanks to everyone who chimed in for the advise.

Sorry I did not get back with you but after replacing my separator plate something got in by pump and I now have a busted pump gear. Now I'm looking for a new complete pump assembly with gaskets.
