Hi i just had my 1998 explorer into the shop bc it got low locked i just picked it up friday and the mechanic said my gem module is bad and i know that the part is a ford only install and program my question is could ther gem module being bad not allow the truck to shift into 3rd gear the truck would shift fine before it went down please help
