Transfer case and 4LOW issues

The last time I went out wheeling I had some issues with my transfer case not engaging into 4LOW. Specifically (and this was confirmed again today), I can get the transfer case to shift into 4HIGH but as soon as I try to put in into 4LOW, the indicator lights for 4HIGH on the selector and the dash go off and I can't get them to come back on. Any ideas? I rebuilt the shift motor just a few months so I don't think that is the problem. Any help would be appreciated.

Mine does the same thing. I just reach under and wiggle the wire harness a little and it then works. I figure the connector plug has dirt built up in it, but I'm too lazy to check.
