Transfer case damper removal

I have a 1992 explorer i have a kind of damper blocking the way to the drain plug. Does anyone know how to remove it??? if you have pictures , ideas or even a good lik it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!!!!

remove the 4 - 13mm bolts that hold the damper plate onto the transfer case.
remove the fill plug
remove the drain plug

ok lol sorry i did not know it was so simple...i tought that there was a procedure for it
