I am looking to replace my auto transfer case with a manual. I found one in a 93 EB being parted out that has a auto tranny. I am wondering if the hump plate will be removable so that i can place it in mine, and if this thing is going to bolt right up. Also, if i am going to be replacing my auto hubs with manuels, i found some on a 92 EX in a junk yard, with manuals installed, what will i need to take off to make it work inplace of my autos? Thanks

The tranny hump should be a bolt in. One thing you need to be sure you get is ALL of the ****er mechanism and the bolts that mount it. The case will be a bolt in and you shouldn't need any new parts.

For the hubs you need the hub (of course) and the nuts and lock washer that hold the wheel bearings.

whats the manf. and model of the manual t-case that comes with the explorers?

1st gen ('91-'94) use the Borg-Warner 1354 transfer case.

2nd gen are borg warner 4405
