Hi Folks I started a project to replace front seal on 2003 xlt transmission and threw my back out... Now a week later resuming.
My question would not take on the 911 thread so here goes... Is there enough room to remove the tranny with the transfer case on?
It looks as though by lowering the tranny (tipping still bolted to eng and checking) that it won't slide past the cross beam to the front of the gas tank and I would rather ask now than to cry later!
