99 Eddie Bauer Explorer, V8, AWD, 192,000 miles
On the interstate this AM, I hit the gas to merge and I lost drive. Engine was still running well, but no output to move the truck.
Any ideas?
I've been able to do many repairs myself thanks to this forum, but imagine that transmission/transfer case work is beyond my skill set. What should I expect cost wise? Trying to decide whether or not to put a large chunk of money in to an old truck or not.
Any input is greatly appreciated.
