Transmission Fluid In Vacume Lines!!! Help

I have a 91 Mazda Navajo i had the trans replaced ran fine for a while then a couple months later i noticed trans fluid on the ground and fluid in my vaccume lines.I wanted to know will fluid be on the ground if it goes through my vaccume lines and when it is on the ground it is black not red and i am not losing any engine oil, so i know it is trans fluid and i put a quart of atf in a week. . I heard that it could be my modulator in my trans what do i need to do if that is the case. If some one can help i would be very happy :navajo: .My mom wants to kill me with the stains on the drive way. I am a moderate mahcanic ;) :navajo:

First off welcome to the forum. I just did this recently to my navajo its not that hard. You are going to have to remove the front seats and console and pull the cover where the stick shift would have been if you had a manual trans. Its alot easier to get to this way. Im in the process of doing a full write up with pictures on this you might try doing a search on this there is alot of good info about it on here

If your tans was just replaced, I would take it back to the place that did it. I wouldn't let them charge you anything either.
