Transmission noise.

I recently boughtan '03 4.6 and recently picked up a noise in the transmission, It's a ratteling noise that I get during acceleration. It seems to quit right when it shifts to the next gear then its back again. Doesn't seem to be slipping, but I do feel a little shudder when it goes into o/d. Any ideas??

Check for cracked flex plate or loose torque convertor bolts. Soon! Could just be something simple as a loose dust cover.
