M5OD manual transmission noise.

Hello everyone, I just registered and wanted to say hello. I am an American living in Siberia,Russia. I have a 96 explorer that I have for the most part completly rebuilt.

I currently have a clicking noise coming from the rear of my manual transmission (M5OD) it sounds much like somethink tapping a gear as it turns. Everything works fine just making this clicking sound.
