I have a 96 explorer xl v6 4x4 and im trying to find a gasket and filter for the trnas I was wondering if a 4r70w would fit or a4ld would

Welcome to this forum! I've renamed, and moved your thread to the transmission section. Your transmission is a 4R55E, so you should only look for parts for this model. The 4WD has a deep pan, and filter. Check WWW.TransmissionPartsUSA.Com.
