Transmission problem

First, I would like to introduce myself as a newbie. Recently I had to replace my engine mounts on my '92 X 2 WD manual because they broke. I think this caused transmission problems. When I drained the transmission fluid there were metal shavings covering the magnet. While driving I here a subtle and strange squeeling noise which I am assuming is from metal on metal contact. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

last time I drained my transmission fluid, I had metal shavings in the fluid. Time for a rebuild. Just keep an eye on it, but it may need a rebuild.
