Transmission problems.

Hello everyone, im new to this site trying to find some answers. I have a 99 Ford Explorer Eddie Bauer edition. This week drive and overdrive went out, i have 1st and 2nd. starting out in drive it will go through 1st and 2nd but unless the rpms are high it wnt change into drive and when it does it doesnt pull until u slow down to catch 2nd gear
