Hey all. I am wondering if anyone knows if the 97 and 2000 5.0 trannys are the same and which tranny they are? I found a 2000 for sale with no forward gears in the tranny but I have another transmission for the 97 5.0 I'm driving now. I found an article that says 1996-2000 all have the 4R70W. Is this the only tranny Ford used in all those years?
