I'm planning on changing the trany filter this fall in my 2010 XLT 4.0L explorer it's got the 5r55s trany. Is there anyway to determine if the Solenoid Pack has been replaced or not? I'm not having issues with the trany at this point she's got about 107,000 miles on it now. I was wondering if it's a good idea to replace it or just leave it if not having any problems?
Just trying to plan head. I heard there was allot of issues with these solenoid packs but wasn't sure if this was specific year(s) & model or not.
