hey guys after a transmission wiring diagram for 2001 explorer wanting to check solenoids thanks in advance

Hi there sorry I thought I had. It’s a 2001 explorer 4.0 soho and on the trans it’s got 4L2P 7000 BB no dipstick

Without a dipstick that may be a 5R55S? I don't know if the wiring is the same.

Okay so as a followup my guess may be wrong, probably a 5R55W but that same PDF I linked is for both despite being titled "S" at the end.

2001 4.0L explorer uses a 5r55e
2001 5.0L explorer uses a 4r70w

It was determined in another topic that this is a 2002, which it appears was updated in the sig (which now reads SR55W instead of 5R55W!) but not the profile info showing in the left column.
