Would A Transfercase Fit On My 93 Ranger Stx From A 92 Explorer

Fit as in mate to the transmission? I think so, just make sure the 93 has either a Borg Warner 1350 or 1354 transfer case. The driveshaft yokes might be different (the 1350 has a different front output than the 1354 I think).

Yes the two are the same -- they are both Borg Warner 1354s
