So I purchased this Tough Truck from a buddy, and I'm in the process to make a "LOT" of improvements. I need to cut the inner fender wells. Has anyone done this or know how much I can take out? I plan on adding F150 coils with Bilstein 5100 shocks up front for this year. But it's rubbing on full launches in the big jumps. It has a 355 Chevy in it with a Th350 behind it. it sits back a good 15" to 20".

I think you can cut it off completely. it's not structural.

The outer fender mounts to it. Not so sure I can eliminate it completely. Can I cut a portion of it even at the spot welds on the bottom as long as I dont get carried away?

Next year I plan on running the cage up front and putting long travel suspension so then I can cut everything and make mounts to hold the outer fenders, I just dont have time this year to tackle that.
