I bet the vehicle history report function of your Explorer (and website viewable report) may help to see about mileage as well.
 






The OP must have been a troll. My Sport just rolled 20k and my trip 2 rolled back to 0(never hit 10k).

Since your trip 2 was at 9700 a week or so ago, I'm guessing it went from 9999 to 0. Would that be correct? Thanks for checking and reporting back.:thumbsup:

Weird. I'm new to Ford and such, but I never reset my trip miles in my '12 Camaro. The trip matched my OD reading 42,300=42,300.

Unless he is trolling, I smell a rat on whoever sold him the car, or the car's computer is glitched. Ask for service records, if possible.
