trouble code P1131 and P1132

P1132 - lack of HO2S1 Switches - Lean(Bank 1 Sensor 1)
P1131 - lack of HO2S1 Switches - Rick(Bank 1 Sensor 1)
I have change fuel filter, air filter, cleaned MAF and IAC, and change out 4 of 6 of the reachable spark plugs. The truck is sluggish if I accelerate. The CEL comes and goes when it gets really bogged down like going up a hill the CEL comes on. Could it be the O2 sensor and could somebody fill me in on the location of Bank 1 sensor 1 no mechanic here. By the way this is one great website thanks.

More than likely your 02 sensor is bad since it is slow switcing. Try finding the spec on what the 02 is suppose to ohm out to, and then ohm it out. Otherwise, replace it and clear the code and it should keep the CEL off. I am moving this to EEC-V
