Continuous DTC
P1000 OBD Systems Readiness Test not Complete (WTH is this?)
P0231 Fuel Pump Secondary Circuit Low

Both of these are new codes, along with a flashing evap and cat and and amber light on the reader.
No CEL light at any time, no set codes.
KOER test P1000 code only.

I am not sure what the difference is with the sensor 2 set
Bank 1 sensor 2 looks like a dead channel?
Maybe it's supposed to look like that, I don't have access to what normal readings are supposed to look like.

I've recently cleaned the MAF and IAC, and replaced the PCV. Plugs have not been changed by me and I don't know when they were changed last.
It's next on the list and then wires, mileage is about 10 around town.
I haven't had the vehicle very long, and I've just been going through stuff as I find it along with some PMs.

At any rate maybe someone can help me out here and tell me what I'm seeing. I sure would appreciate it.

Cleared P0231 fuel pump secondary circuit pressure low after replacing fuel filter. Filter was nasty, looked to be the original.

P1000 OBD Systems Readiness Test not Complete
What is this thing? Never seen this code before.
(Dave, my mind is going Dave :D)
ETA: P1000= Drive cycle not complete, 20-40 mins of continuous driving may do it and learned there is a bypass procedure. Basically it means the PCM has to relearn driving parameters and cycle through all sensors. Two drive cycles of >40 mins each should do it, but maybe not. Seeking further detail.

Also looked at fuel trim whatever that is

I did pick up some plugs, Motorcraft SP432 finewire platinum.
I'll be replacing them shortly and take another data set for comparison.

ETA: Plugs replaced. Old ones were pretty clean on the porcelain but were worn with minor anode/cathode deposits. No new data as drive cycles have not been completed to clear P1000 code (and why did it start coming in?).
Very smooth running with easy starting
